Corrections
If something on a page is wrong, we want to know, and we'll show you what we changed.
- Updated
Report it, and we check it
- You tell us. Wrong phone, closed business, a fake-looking review, a license that's lapsed.
- We check within five working days. Against public records, the business and our own notes.
- We fix it. Factual fixes go live straight away and significant changes are noted on the page.
- Disputes get a second editor. If you disagree with a label, a different editor reviews the evidence.
