What we collect and why
- Quote requests: the details you type go only to the businesses you tick. We keep a copy for 12 months to handle complaints, then delete it.
- Corrections and messages: used only to check the report and reply to you.
- Business claims: the owner's name, email and the phone verification code.
- Analytics: privacy-friendly page counts. No advertising trackers, no selling of personal data.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete anything we hold about you. We reply within 30 days.
Businesses
Business names, addresses, phone numbers, ratings and public records are published because they are business information. Owners can correct them through their profile or our corrections page.
